WHAT HAPPENS AT THE PRE-SESSION CONSULTATION?
This is where the excitement starts and where we create the ideal session for you! This begins with an online questionnaire where we collect all kinds of information about you, your family and your expectations for the session. Then we will either schedule an in person appointment at our studio or a phone appointment where we will discuss clothing options and talk about the products we offer as well as spaces in your home where we can plan for something that fits you. When your session day arrives, we’ll have a plan so everything goes smoothly–which means LESS stress for you.

WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR?
Ahh…this is definitely our most frequently asked question! Upon booking your session we will send you a link to our private Client Information website which will fill you in on all the details for your upcoming session. Including what to wear and how to prepare. Jenny will also go over all of these details with you during your pre-session consultation when you will plan out the perfect session for your family.

WHEN DO I GET TO SEE THE IMAGES?
You will get to see your images projected larger than life in a slideshow set to music during your Ordering Appointment 1-2 weeks after your session. We will help you with all of your final decisions on images and products that we have custom designed just for you. We can even show you what your images will look like right on your wall! This is one of the best parts – so please feel free to bring as many people as you would like. But don’t worry! If family lives out of town, a gallery of your purchased images can be posted online for them to view following the ordering appointment.

CAN I BRING MY KIDS TO THE ORDERING APPOINTMENT?
Of course you can! Children are welcome, BUT if you would like a chance to relax and concentrate on the beautiful images and products that we will creating for you, then you might want to arrange childcare. Or we can schedule your appointment when your children are in school.

WHEN DO I GET TO BRING EVERYTHING HOME?
Quality takes time, so please allow 4 weeks from your order date for completion of your order. Custom designed albums and orders with framing may take longer. But it’s worth the wait!

WHAT KIND OF INVESTMENT DO MOST FAMILIES MAKE?
Most of our clients invest anywhere from $1500 to $3000 on their custom portraiture. However, everyone’s needs are different – some spend a little more and some spend a little less.

WHAT IF I ONLY WANT A FEW DIGITAL IMAGES?
We are a full service, high quality portrait studio. We spend a significant amount of time on your session from planning to photography to post processing, and then provide you with the highest quality images to choose from. If you want a few images only, we recommend that you book one of our Mini Sessions offered twice a year which are abbreviated sessions and include digital images at a discounted rate.

DO YOU HAVE A REFERRAL PROGRAM?
By all means, yes! Referrals are the heart of our business and a true compliment us. If you loved the services we provide, please share the love with your friends. By doing so you will be rewarded with print credit each time your friends book and pay for a session.
