Well, it’s finally here, fall that is! We really don’t get fall leaves here in so cal. This is about as good as it gets. A little late afternoon sun and some snazzy photoshop work and we can make it happen. I love these images and this family. This is what it’s all about. Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. I just love that it is all about what we are thankful for…and family tops the list for me. Enjoy your week everyone and take some time to spend an afternoon walking through the park with your family. Oh my how they grow so fast!!!! This little guy is one of my favorite models. His newborn image occupies a nice 3×4 foot space in my studio reception area and is in many of my advertising and marketing materials. I can’t believe how much he has grown. This family is amazing and so fun to follow and to know. It is an absolute HONOR to be their family photographer.

It’s that time of year! I get to see all of my favorite families who come back to see me year after year. It’s really one of my favorite things about my job - watching these families grow and change. This session was fun…it feels so much like Fall to me. Even though it’s been like 100 degrees this week. This day was cool and we barely made it before the rain. We actually had to run and take cover once or twice. This little one has the cutest red hair and the bluest eyes. She’s such a beauty!

This is my favorite time of year because I get to see all of my favorite clients! All of my repeat clients seem to come in the fall, just in time for holiday portraits. This little girl was one of my very first clients and it has been so neat to watch her grow up. She now even has a little sister. This first one is a storyboard of her running in the park. These images are going to be so perfect for the holidays.

I have had the privilege of photographing these beautiful children several times now. They just keep getting more adorable each time I see them. This time I was lucky to get to shoot the whole family at the park. The kids were great and and I love how natural and happy everyone looks in these images.

Another couple of gorgeous little girls in white at the park. These sessions are quickly becoming my favorite. I have a little problem…everytime I shoot another session, it’s my favorite! I guess I’m lucky because I just love what I do so much!

I love doing family shoots again. When spring is in full swing and summer is fast approaching I start getting the calls for family sessions. And oooohhh I just love to get outside and photograph the relationships I see in a family. I love to see how they interact, how they are naturally, how they enjoy spending time together. Capturing these moments so that they can be treasured forever is truly what makes me happy! Some of the shots from this session are absolutely priceless. The green grass and the light were just in perfect sync that evening and I honestly have no idea how they are going to choose! So I guess they’ll just have to get them all!!!!
