I’m back!

I had the awesome opportunity to attend WPPI last week in Las Vegas. It was an amazing huge tradeshow and conference for photographers. It was great fun and I came back with tons of ideas for fun new products and albums. I can’t wait to show them off. The best part was that I got to go with my hubby and met up with my sister there. She is photographer also and her work is amazing. You can see her work here. We had lots of fun together and we even went to see Blue Man Group, which was very cool and different.

We are still working on finishing up the new studio. We are hoping to move in in the next 3 weeks, and I am SO EXCITED! It is beautiful and I can’t wait to start doing sessions there. I have so many ideas for new backdrops and cool things we can do for sessions. I’ll post some pics as soon as the flooring is installed.

We are booked into May, so if you want spring pictures, make sure to get on the schedule soon. Hush Baby sessions have been completely filling up and we have waiting lists, so if you are looking to sign up for the next one, do it quick. We’ll be at Tustin this weekend and then at Aliso Viejo on 4/14 - 4/15, and Huntington Beach on May 9-10.

Here’s another beautiful newborn to share.

Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep

I wanted to take a quick moment to share an amazing organization with you that I am honored and privledged to be a part of. Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep is an organization that connects photographers with families who have terminally ill babies and children. For families overcome by grief and pain, the idea of photographing their baby may not immediately occur to them. Offering gentle and beautiful photography services in a compassionate and sensitive manner is the heart of this organization. Last week NILMDTS was featured on the NBC Today Show in a story that brought me to tears. Click here to view a beautiful story about this organization.
