The beach, some kids, and a sunset…
This was a large family that I photographed at the beach of few weeks ago. After the group photos the kids were running around the beach and I caught some candids. These are always my favorite shots.
No commentsOut of town
I’m headed out of town for a few days to a photography workshop in the bay area. I’ll be back in the studio on Thursday, August 23. If you are waiting on your order or want to book a session, Kimberly will be in the office on Tuesday packaging orders and returning phone calls.
Reminder - Book your holiday session NOW! September is full and there are currently a few spots left in October. You must complete your session by Nov 1st to get your prints in time for the holidays.
Beacuse I can’t do a post without pictures, here’s a cutie from a recent session!
No commentsOne of my favorite families on earth!
I had so much fun tonight photographing this family. I was a little nervous because this is a new location and I always am a little unsure when I shoot somewhere new (I probably shouldn’t admit that, but oh well!). I am in love with this spot and will for sure be back. This happens to be one of my dearest friends (and favorite people in the whole wide world) and her family and I LOVED photographing them, not to mention the fact that they are all STUNNING! After all the little babies and kids I shoot, they were a piece of cake. The whole session lasted less than an hour. And I didn’t have to make any silly noises, sing, dance or tickle. I couldn’t wait to give you a sneak peek "C". I hope you love them as much as I do. Thanks for tonight. I had so much fun!!!! You guys are the best!

We are on vacation! The studio will be closed from Saturday, August 4th – Monday, August 13th. If you’d like to book a session or are checking on your print order, please send an email or leave us a message. Kimberly will be checking messages and delivering prints a couple of days next week and will return your call, but I’m outta here!!!! I just had to show this cute tutu baby because it’s exactly how I feel…Hooray for vacations! See ya next week.
No commentsCelebrating Sweet Regina
This is sweet little Regina. She was diagnosed with PNET( Malignant brain tumor)in 2004. She had surgery, radiation and chemo, but the cancer returned in June of this year. I was fortunate to be asked to come and photograph a wonderful party her friends and family through for her before she started chemotherapy again. I feel so lucky and honored to have met this sweet little girl. You can read about her on her mom’s blog here. At the party they passed out pink ribbons to tie on our cars to remember Regina. I tied mine on my camera and it’s still there. I think about her at every day, every time I pick up my camera – which is a lot!
I belong to a wonderful foundation called ACPCG which is a network of photographers who photograph families with terminally ill children at no charge. It is an amazing way for me to give something back and I have been blessed to meet some amazing and strong families through the foundation. Check out their website and please if you know anyone in need of these services, let them know about it.
Please remember Regina and keep her in your prayers.
