Here’s another tutu cutie! This little one is such a sweetheart. We had so much fun at her photoshoot. Her mom is a sweet friend of mine and I’m so glad I got to photograph her little one. Doesn’t she look like she’s enjoying herself? I mean, what more could a girl want? A little pink, a little tutu, a little bit of pearls. I just love girly pink, don’t you?

I just got the sweetest note from one of my favorite clients! She said it was okay for me to share so here goes, "Dear Jenny, I love the photos you took of my girls. I just had one of them framed and wanted to show you the ‘finished product’. It is hanging in my front room and looks beautiful. It is a treasure I will have forever. Thank you for sharing your talent with us. Love, Amy"

Isn’t that sweet? Then she sent me pictures of the portrait hanging in her front room. This is how beautiful your portraits can look framed and hung in your home. I love seeing my work hanging in my clients’ homes. It makes me realize how much I love what I do. I just had to share because I love it so much! She does have a beautiful home, doesn’t she?

Here’s a sneak peek of a family shoot I did on Saturday. It seems like I’ve had a break from family sessions for a while. Family photo season starts in the summer and ends with the holidays. It’s been mostly maternity, newborns and babies for me lately. It was fun to shoot something different for change.

These are my up the hill neighbors and we had a great time at the park. When we first got there I was a little concerned because there was a huge event going on by the park, no place to park and tons of people! It was also very overcast and gray. That actually makes decent light for pictures, and we worked our way around the crowd. Here’s just a few for now…Aren’t they a beautiful family?

I am so excited! So much is happening at the studio and I have been too busy to tell you all about it. First, I was honored to be interviewed by Good Day LA – Fox’s (channel 11 in LA) morning show on Tuesday! They are putting together a feature story on me and my business. Yippee! I got to photograph dear little one year old Jordan down at her grandmother’s home on Balboa Island. The feature will air this Monday, May 21st at 6:45 a.m. on Fox 11. Be sure to check it out!

Also, my new website is going live tomorrow! This has been months in the making and I can’t wait to show it to you. Stay tuned…we may be down for a few hours during the switch.
